RefWorks: Sharing with RefWorks

The Share feature allows users to share their RefWorks folders with collaborators or their institution. Depending on the settings, students or other researchers can then read, annotate or modify the shared bibliography.

Click on the Share icon in the menu on the left-hand side of your RefWorks home page.

• Click on Share folder.
• Choose a folder.
• Select Only invited people may access – then enter those email addresses. Select relevant option – can read; can annotate; can modify. Enter message if required, then click on Share Folder. Click Done.
• OR select Anyone within your organization may join this folder, and follow prompts.
