We want you to feel at home in the Library. So here are some things to do when you need a break from studying...
Take a break from your academic work.
There is a wide selection of lighter fiction, biographies and other readers on Level 4 but now you can also find a selection of popular books in the "chill" area on each floor
You are welcome to read in the Library, or borrow the books for leisure reading time at home
RUL also subscribes to Overdrive, a collection of e-books and audiobooks for leisure reading, which are selected by the Library. If you would like to recommend an e-book, please contact Fiona Charlton (firstname.lastname@example.org) in the Information Commons (level 2)
Keep Calm and... play Board Games!!
There are a variety to choose from (Scrabble, Chess etc.).
Just ask the Librarians at the hubs
Browse through our collection of DVDs on Level 1. You may take them on loan for two days OR view them at a private booth in the Library.
