The Digital Scholarship Unit

The Digital Scholarship Unit was created in February 2021

The structure of the Unit is directly defined by the Library’s e-Strategy Plan

The Unit reports directly to our Library Director

The purpose of the Unit.

Focus on Research Data Management (policies, infrastructure, tools, implementation, training and marketing)

Contribute to the overall postgraduate and researcher experience in the library by facilitating research support frameworks to enhance the research journey throughout the research life cycle and the research data lifecycle

Ensure the accessibility and visibility of the institutional research output, and the ethical use thereof

Advocate Open Access practices

Raise the awareness of scholarly communications.
